Review Time
Yesterday I attended Angela’s Virago retreat and it was a gorgeous day. It started with a hug from Ange when I arrived, the space felt safe immediately which led to some lovely shares from a gorgeous group of women. The coastal walk was wet, but actually that made it more invigorating. Today I woke feeling rested and lighter, yesterday definitely helped me to ‘let go’ of some things that I no longer need! Thank Ange, and the goody bag was amazing!
I have just come back from Ange's retreat and wow what an incredible experience. I went with an open mind and it exceeded my expectations. The walk we completed around the marina was beautiful in so many ways and for so many reasons. I felt myself go into a very deep state during the final meditation and left the day feeling incredibly calm, content and happy. The goody bag we received from Ange was a lovely touch too with gifts/tools to take away and continue our self discovery journey. Ange I always look forward to working with you and the incredible women who also choose to work with you. It was nice to see familiar faces from previous group coaching sessions at the event. Wow, what can I say?! Ange is a dream to work with! She’s opened my eyes to self discovery, never pushy, always there when you’re ready, she listens with such understanding & guides you through some real life changing realisations! By gently probing she has a magic way of helping you understand yourself better! I always come off my calls whether it’s group coaching or one to one feeling empowered with a whole new perspective each time! I feel my life has changed considerably since working with Ange & I’ve gone from my first call saying “I don’t matter” to where I’m at now which is worlds apart! I recommend Angie to everybody! It can feel like a big investment sometimes to as we aren’t often programmed to invest in ourselves however every penny is well spent x
I recently started a long overdue personal journey and completed the 'Embrace Your Truth' course with the incredible Ange. Throughout the program, I felt a genuine sense of security to openly express my thoughts and dig deep into my personal challenges. The six weeks I spent in the program passed in a blink, and I thoroughly enjoyed the company of the other affectionately referred to 'Viragoes.'In just six weeks, I made significant progress and it became clear that there's much more self-work that I need to undertake. I loved the extra resources provided, book recommendations and empowering podcasts. I can only imagine what could be accomplished in three months with Ange.I’m grateful for the impact of the 'Embrace Your Truth' course, I highly recommend Ange's coaching to anyone seeking genuine personal transformation and growth. Her compassionate guidance and the program's supportive environment create the perfect spark for self-discovery and empowerment.
Angela has just been incredible! She has not only changed the way I view myself, my values and my self care routine but also my career path and I have also became a life coach since working with her. The work we have done together on our one on one sessions has truly helped shape who am I today and help me to find myself at a time when I felt lost. Through group coaching I have gained amazing tools to help me in everyday situations and I have also made a new best friend from the group too which has been life changing in it’s own way. Ange is amazing. I’ve done her embrace your truth course and also her step into your power course. During both I had real lightbulb moments that have changed the way I think. She’s a wonderful person who listens, understands and enlightens. She does a wonderful job for so many women. I would highly recommend.
I did Ange’s Embrace your Truth course last summer, when I was going through a weird and hectic time in my life. Six months later, I’m looking back and can honestly say the investment has not only financially paid for itself, but I feel like I know myself more and do things more for myself, even if it still feels uncomfortable. I still have a lot of work to do on myself, but Embrace Your Truth was a great course for laying those foundations.
I started my new year with one of the group sessions to set intentions & create a vision board. It was a brilliant way to come together as a group of friends or attend on your own to focus on yourself.Ange really connected with the group by bringing up her own experience’s, encouraging you to really acknowledge your inner dreams & not to be afraid of wanting to achieve goals you felt had been impossible before.My board has been in my room for me to remember my aims for this year every morning or night & Its pushed me to do what last year felt like too much effort.I look forward to joining the next January work shop, give it ago!
Thank you for a fabulous experience on Embrace Your Truth. Nearly a year later I still benefit on a daily basis and can’t wait for the sequel…Step into your Power. I loved the group sessions, listening to other like minded people who were ready to invest in themselves was invaluable. If in doubt…go for it!
