I ordered some bras that were advertised online, I believe I saw the ad on Instagram. They had a deal to buy 2 get 2 free… I triple checked the sizing on their chart and couldn’t decide between 2 sizes, so ordered both. Neither one fits. They took weeks to arrive and when they finally did the quality was cheap and neither size fits. They’re all too small even though I checked the measurements on their sizing chart. I have emailed them 3 times now trying to get a refund for the past two weeks with no response. When I originally ordered there was a phone number for customer service listed on their website and now there’s only the same support email that doesn’t respond. They say you have 30 days after receiving your items to return them “hassle free” and yet they’re not responding, probably to run out the 30 days and deny my refund. Now I’m stuck with $86 worth of bras that don’t fit. Horrible.
