We had a brilliant experience. Please do check the telephone messages to check any venue changes as ours moved and we got there just in time and parking was tight. Read the safety instructions, Pilot explained the take off and landing procedures. I wish i understood the best way of getting in and out of the basket, but managed it ;o). Great views of Towcester, Silverstone, estates and grounds. Stowe beautiful. Phil gave an overview of experiences and background which was interesting, reminded us of procedures in air and what to expect for landing. The team were great and we had a bouncy, mascot to keep us entertained during our drinks, which was a lovely surprise. Really enjoyed deflating and packing the balloon and the drive back to the site and gave time to reflect on the flight. Thanks so very much to Phil and the crew x
