Avoid... Purchased voucher Feb 2023 and still trying to get a flight. Constant cancellation.. Even paid extra to extend the ticket last year as it was due to expire. Customer services will not entertain the idea of refund or extension. Tried the complaints process as advised by customer service but 2 weeks later and nil response. This was for an 18th present for my daughter, who is now coming up for 21.. Awful customer services from a company I would have expected to be second to none.
