Bought vouchers for two in 2016 at a cost of £198. Tried to book a flight 13 times but it was cancelled every time due to apparant "bad weather", COVID meant two years with not flights, during which time vouchers had expired. Virgin now hiding behind T & C refusing to either give flight I've paid for, or refund tickets. The flights may be brilliant but my advice is don't buy them unless you realise there's a reasonable chance you're going to lose your money.Amazed that Richard Branson allows his company's name to be associated with this company.I see VBF have replied to my initial post, claiming dates and number of cancellations as inaccurate. Not according to my records they're not. Whatever the number I don't think it ethical that they can use their T & C to keep their customers' money without providing any service or goods. Neither have they currently offered further vouchers at reduced cost - but why would I wish to risk throwing more money their way with no guarantee of actually getting one of their flights?
