Do not utilize this company to officiate your online Utah wedding. My main complaint is that with the package I had purchased, I was supposed to receive a recording of the ceremony within 24 hours. It’s now been 21 days as of posting this review and still no recording. I have emailed the admin and support emails multiple times about this issue and have yet to receive a constructive reply, but they did have the audacity to email me and ask for a review, so here we are. Additionally, the officiant joined the Zoom call looking like they had just rolled out of bed, wearing a graphic t-shirt and hair barely looking done. Yes, I understand that it’s a virtual wedding, however, it is still an important day for everyone else involved. I’m not expecting them to be dressed in Sunday best. But at LEAST business casual. Lastly, with how my customer support request has been handled (IE not at all) I can only assume that the owners and operators of the company are personally prejudiced against my wife because of her nationality. The only other explanation would be incompetence. Either way, neither of those things are what you want in a company handling such an important event such as a wedding.
