I really appreciate Jo, she listened to me without judging. All in all, she took my “problems” (things I wanted to improve seriously) and always found a way, what we could improve and what coping mechanisms would help me best. Additionally, I told some friends about it, they were open an interested. When I told them that you can break any thoughts, by interrupting the peak impulse, they were impressed. It was totally new for me, too. Now, I can use those mechanisms and ideas for other problems as well and it helps, to know, you can take action in nearly every situation. As I told Jo, I feel like, it helps already to talk to someone outside of your environment to realise where the behaviour can be changed. On top, I loved the hypnosis! Her voice was really calm and the pictures with the stairs helped me to totally fall into it. I use the recordings she sent me and printed the coping list.Edit: one year later I‘m still on my high vibration and benefit from talking to her

Hi I’m Jo, coach and hypnotherapist and founder of Virtual Therapy Studio.
I help socially anxious professional women feel calm, confident, and visible in high-stakes career moments like presentations, interviews, and leadership transitions — without changing who they are.
At Virtual Therapy Studio, I blend therapy, coaching, and nervous system tools to support intelligent, thoughtful women who look capable on the outside, but internally battle spirals of self-doubt, overthinking, and imposter syndrome.
My signature 1:1 program is a deeply supportive 2-month coaching experience that helps women lead meetings, speak up, and rise into senior roles with calm, grounded confidence. We combine cognitive strategies, subconscious work, and practical visibility tools to build lasting, authentic confidence from the inside out.
This work is especially powerful for women navigating:
- Social anxiety or high-functioning anxiety at work
- A major transition (promotion, return after a break, redundancy, etc.)
- Emotional or physical symptoms (like freezing, going blank, or blushing) in high-pressure settings
I’ve walked this path myself working through my own social anxiety and fear of public speaking. Now, it’s my mission to help other women reclaim their voice and leadership presence in a way that feels safe, empowered, and aligned.
If you're ready to stop spiralling and start showing up as the leader you already are, I’d love to connect.
