What a difference the right therapist can make

Jo has been working with my 13 year old daughter for approximately three months. I can 100% see an improvement in the areas they have worked on together (mainly anxiety related). The difference she has made is immeasurable. I look forward to a long relationship for my daughter on Jo navigating the challenges teens can face.

Business Details

  • Hi I’m Jo, coach and hypnotherapist and founder of Virtual Therapy Studio.

I help socially anxious professional women feel calm, confident, and visible in high-stakes career moments like presentations, interviews, and leadership transitions — without changing who they are.

At Virtual Therapy Studio, I blend therapy, coaching, and nervous system tools to support intelligent, thoughtful women who look capable on the outside, but internally battle spirals of self-doubt, overthinking, and imposter syndrome.

My signature 1:1 program is a deeply supportive 2-month coaching experience that helps women lead meetings, speak up, and rise into senior roles with calm, grounded confidence. We combine cognitive strategies, subconscious work, and practical visibility tools to build lasting, authentic confidence from the inside out.

This work is especially powerful for women navigating:
    - Social anxiety or high-functioning anxiety at work
    - A major transition (promotion, return after a break, redundancy, etc.)
    - Emotional or physical symptoms (like freezing, going blank, or blushing) in high-pressure settings

I’ve walked this path myself working through my own social anxiety and fear of public speaking. Now, it’s my mission to help other women reclaim their voice and leadership presence in a way that feels safe, empowered, and aligned.

If you're ready to stop spiralling and start showing up as the leader you already are, I’d love to connect.
