I spent 2 hours trying to figure out how to create a UK ID photo with specific specifications and nothing seemed to work -- so exasperating to get repeated rejections for non-comformity. Thank goodness I found Visafoto by chance, they saved me further headaches. The first image I sent them did not work out, I reached out to customer service and they were SO FAST and RESPONSIVE and HELPFUL to fix it without further charge.
