I uploaded three separate photos I processed through Visafoto to the Chinese visa online application. The first two went fine. The third one was rejected. My fault: not great photo and the my son's bangs were too far down on his forehead. So I contacted Visaphoto and within two minutes they responded with what went wrong and said send another one and will will get it fixed for free. I sent another photo and they responded in four minutes. And they verified it was accepted on the website. Wow! I selected to use Visafoto from similar reviews of such quick resolution of issues. It is true and they are authentic and really great!Oh, and both Paul and Tatiana helped me. Serious, where can you get such great customer support? They are the BEST!
