There was also a software glitch that prevented us from completing a section regarding dependents, leading to multiple attempts to reach out for help. Additionally, the uploaded passport photo was not in an acceptable format, which resulted in repeated notices of incompleteness without clear reasons. Unfortunately, when I finally reached a live representative, their voice was muffled by distracting background noise. Overall, the service fell short of expectations.
