I purchased an express visa while at the airport and on very limited time to catch my flight. After waiting sometime, they demanded more money. I refused and manage to find another company, almost missing my flight. They charged my credit card without my permission and I had to do a fraud dispute through my credit card to get my money back. Trust pilot removed my previous review because the company did not like it.Please note the business response where, instead of offering to fix the problem, they THREATEN me for posting my review. This is the type of business they are. I do not owe them anything, but, as a courtesy, I'm forwarding the e-mail exchange in regard to the unauthorized credit card charge -- e-mails that they already had as they are with the company itself. The e-mails state they cannot give me the service for which I paid, emergency, & try to get me to pay for immediate service. I repeatedly say cancel and they still charged my card. I got my visa from another company for much less money.
