Placed an order for contact lens solution on the 29/11/22.It is now the 14/12/22 and I’ve not received my order despite messaging them twice and being ignored. Terrible service.Following on from my last review, it is now the 23/12/22, I’ve tried emailing and phoning and not one person has come back to me. I have now had to do a claim with my bank to get my money back.
