I ordered pants and received them with a tear. I contacted customer support and was instructed to return them for a replacement. I sent them back via USPS, and tracking shows they were delivered. Since then, I have not received any response from the company. My emails go unanswered, and when I comment on their social media, they delete my messages. Dealing with this business has been frustrating! Avoid making a purchase!
