I ordered a pair of pants and got them with a tear. I contacted customer service, and they instructed me to send them back for a replacement. I returned them through USPS, and tracking shows they were delivered. Since then, I've been unable to get any response from the company. I’ve emailed multiple times with no reply, and my comments on their social media are being deleted. It's been a frustrating experience! I would advise against purchasing from them.
