I looked at several different companies to get an EMS suit and I just liked the idea of being able to put the suit on and start my workout and not having to spray it down with water first. The suit takes no time at all to get into and dive into exercising!I started my experience with using VB earlier this year at the age of 62.I have always been an active individual - but 18 years ago I started having bouts of Afib. The medicine that I was using lowered my heart rate and my metabolism - I put on quite a bit of weight during that time. I had an ablation done 2 years agp - which got me off the meds but I still had trouble getting back into better shape and losing weight.Earlier this year - I saw an ad for VisionBody and thought I would try it out. Amazing how intense the workouts are and amazing how you feel after a workout. I also have found that all those little aches and pains that come with getting older just don't seem as bad or even exist anymore! The big plus is that since starting I have lost over 60 pounds! I plan to kick it up a notch this winter and try to lose another 15 to 20 pounds and get even stronger to help my efforts at competing in state and national senior golf competitions.Thanks to all of the people at VisionBody who have helped me achieve getting physically fit and getting a healthier body!
