says that you get a two year warranty on the power pack but when I told them it took like 6 emails to be acknowledged then once they did they said they would send me an extra battery (not actually what I needed) because I had tried both batteries and the power box still didnt work; anyways they didnt even send me the battery they said they would. It was awesome for the year it lasted, but customer service sucks and the product doesn't last
