Since I received this suit, it has been plagued with numerous problems. The power pack had a slightly lifted sticker on the on/off button. Then, the two batteries provided with the device seemed to discharge completely, preventing me from updating the firmware until I purchased another battery. The support team informed me that this was a consumable item, thus not covered under warranty. Once the new batteries arrived, the pack drained them as well, leading to extreme unreliability. The batteries often wouldn’t activate the power pack, forcing me to repeatedly press the power button, sometimes for up to 30 minutes just to get it to turn on.
Additionally, the suit would frequently indicate that a specific muscle group “wasn’t warm enough” halfway through my workout. It felt as if the system was mocking me, claiming my muscles were cold despite having exercised for the last ten minutes. Stretching and wetting didn’t resolve the issue; I eventually had to pinch the electrodes in the suit to trick it into thinking I was “warm.” This cycle continued throughout my sessions. Unfortunately, the support team provided no helpful explanations and instead blamed me for not stretching or hydrating enough, which was frustratingly untrue.
This tendency to blame the customer is a recurring theme with their support. Every issue I've faced has been met with delays and generic responses, often asking if I’ve tried turning the device off and on again. Currently, I have four unreliable batteries, and the suit has persistent issues with certain muscle groups. After two months of back and forth, I was finally asked to send in the power pack for repairs. However, it’s been two months since I sent it, and I still haven’t received it back. My suit is now collecting dust, as it’s useless without the power pack. When I inquired about the status, they provided a weak apology and mentioned a high volume of repairs. Be warned: if they’re overwhelmed with faulty power packs, it’s a significant red flag. Save your money and avoid purchasing this suit! The customer service is dreadful, and the battery life is abysmal. They even limit how often you can wash the suit. Despite following all washing instructions, it clearly isn’t of the high quality they claim. I’m skeptical about the positive reviews they have; it seems likely they’ve encouraged friends and family to write them, as I can’t be the only one facing these issues. If they have a backlog of faulty power packs, I have no idea when mine will return. Ultimately, this experience has been incredibly disappointing. My expensive EMS suit is now just a costume in my closet. Avoid this product and its poor customer service at all costs.
