I’ve had an amazing experience having my eyes lasered at Visioncare in Bristol. All the clinic staff struck exactly the right balance between being professional and warm / welcoming. At the initial consultation lots if care and time was taken to build that trust and get to know my individual circumstances before recommending the right treatment; on the day of the surgery / treatment I was a little nervous and this was meh with patience, warmth and good humour, all helping to the make the experience not in the least bit daunting. Post surgery I now have better than 20:20 vision ! Who could have wished for a better outcome than that ! Special shout out to Linda Lewis the Bus Development Practise Manager and Kieran Darcy the surgeon- for doing such an amazing job. And Cheryl Hunt for looking after me so well on the day.
