I ordered designer frames and paid extra for expedited shipping, expecting delivery within a few days. They supposedly shipped from a self-service kiosk and provided a tracking number, but the shipping method was not priority, and the expected delivery date was missed. Since the shipping date, there has been no progress in transit, and the postal service shows no record of movement. I suspect the package was never sent. Customer service initially assured me of a refund for the shipping costs, but that hasn't happened. More troubling is their silence on my follow-up inquiries regarding the package. I feel this company is a scam; they have taken nearly $800 and have stopped communicating. I intend to dispute the charge with my credit card and recommend others proceed with caution.
