I ordered designer frames and paid extra for expedited shipping. They claimed to have shipped them from a self-service kiosk but did not use priority shipping, and the delivery was delayed. There has been no movement in transit, and the postal service shows no record of it. I doubt the package was ever sent. Customer service promised a refund for my shipping costs, but that hasn't happened. Their lack of response to my inquiries is concerning. I feel this company is a scam; they've taken nearly $800 and are unresponsive. I plan to dispute the charge and advise caution to others.
