I intended to book a full body MRI scan and spent at least 20 minutes to half an hour filling in the booking form with lots of detail.
I then went to make a cup of coffee and I came back and tried to submit the completed form, it told me the session had timed out and everything has been deleted!

Well, understood, but why not make that *very clear* on the relevant web pages with warnings to copy the input information elsewhere if not also a way of saving data already entered (on the website* so you can come back to it? It's pretty basic web design stuff!
