They do what is needed. However, the system is clunky. I had to give a second blood sample (even though my first postal one was full despite them saying they didn't "have enough blood in the sample"). No follow up to provide my PSA results until I chased 2 weeks later after giving the second sample. Prior to that, I had to chase for links etc to allow me to arrange for the in person collection of this second sample. Links claimed to have been sent but gone missing by email. Nothing in my spam. Then the call centre to arrange the scan. Long hold times while they wait for the system to register to confirm my appointment. Requesting payment for the scan over the phone even though I had already pre-paid for this. The consultant was fine although the on-line consultations are quick fire. All of it was sorted easily but does not make for a clear ride.
