After purchasing a supposedly high-quality property at Shinfield Meadows, I’ve faced multiple unresolved issues — including dust contamination from ongoing construction, repeated faults in the bifold door, and no basic provision like a doorbell.What’s worse than the defects? The dismissive and defensive customer service. Instead of addressing problems empathetically, I’ve received robotic responses, constant deflection, and no real accountability. Even after escalating to senior staff, the same pattern continues: delays, inspections, and no action.Given Vistry’s 1.4-star rating on Trustpilot and similar feedback from other homeowners, it’s clear that poor aftercare is a systemic issue, not an exception.I won’t recommend Vistry Homes to anyone in my network — and strongly urge future buyers to think twice before investing.
