I was charged for a yearly Visualping.io subscription that I never knowingly purchased or agreed to. I did not intend to sign up for an annual plan, and only discovered the charge when checking my account, which left me extremely unhappy and disappointed.I expect clear communication and explicit confirmation before any long-term subscription is billed, especially for a full year. That did not happen in my case.I strongly recommend that Visualping issue me a full refund for this yearly charge and cancel the subscription. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend this service and advise others to be very careful with their billing and subscription settings.
