They're sweetness and light in their responses to reviews on their site, so I thought I'd email them with a query. They weren't as nice in response as you might think. I was shocked and disappointed. I'm sure they'll respond to this review more helpfully because it's public unlike a private email exchange. Update: since posting this review, I've received a scathing message from the company, and they've even reported my review. Nice people. They obviously don't want the truth out.
