In Spring 2025 I had a solar battery installed by another company but when I wanted to set the system to charge overnight, I was unable to contact this comany by phone, e mail or letter. They appear to have disappeared. I contacted Jamie who now works for Vital Home Improvements Ltd, who have taken over the warranty, offered to manage the system and connected my system to charge the battery overnight. They didn't need to do this and I am VERY grateful.
