I too was under the impression that we had a full 6 months to try the product. I contacted them via email 4 days prior to the 6 month period from the shipping date. I did assume that we had 180 days not including the shipping date, but because I didn't include some of the information that they say they required, they still denied my refund. To top it off, the product didn't work at all, in my opinion this company seems to be a sham and I wouldn't recommend that anyone waste their money on a product that doesn't work, but also on a guarantee that is deceptive. I too would be willing to change my review if they would just honor their word.
