The Vital Sleep mouthpiece worked very well for snoring. My wife says it's an 80-85% improvement, and I have not even had to adjust it. It took a couple tries to get the mouthpiece to fit the teeth properly, but that was easy with another dunk in boiling water. My only complaint is that it is large. I can only barely close my lips around it which forces them apart when I sleep, resulting in a very dry mouth. I wish it were a bit slimmer.
