Vitesy, formerly known as "Clairy", had a fundraiser on Kickstarter which I backed a few years ago (3?). After a very long delay and a few requests to see/hear a video of a working Clairy unit to check the fan noise level by myself, which were all ignored, I received my Clairy. During this time it worked correctly FOR 2 WEEKS. Their app simply doesn't work so I can't use any of the features. I ended up with an overpriced loud pot. They ignored my claims for so long that my warranty expired and they just laugh in my face.I would give you a link to this campaign but now it only says "Clairy: The Most Amazing Natural Air Purifier is the subject of an intellectual property dispute and is currently unavailable." - imagine that.Never buy anything from this company, support doesn't exist, a refund is a word unknown and you will be ignored for weeks just to receive a long meaningless answer with a lot of empty words.They also removed the reviews section from their fanpage, not because some unhappy clients wrote honest reviews there of course...
