I have tried this product hoping it will work for my skin condition. It was very good to know knowing it comes with lifetime money back guarantee if their products dis not work. I purchased their items last December 2021, used the cream as per advise of the company. 3 months down the line, nothing happens, contacted then again and was advised just continue to use it and was reassures about the no time limit of their return policy. 6 months passed still did showed ang progress, same thing, contacted them again received same advise. Then came October, I finished all the cream, returned the empty containers as per advised of the company for a full refund. Since then, they are not replying to my emails that seems being ignored, 3 times I email them to show them the delivery confirmation. I have to contact my bank and filed a dispute with regards to this transaction. I am glad that this company have given me hope but how they handle returns are disgusting. AVOID THIS COMPANY if you don’t want to mess you around. They should put all the real testimony results in their website not just those success ones.
