I still cannot review the product as I wait the end of the second month but can affirm that the company is not reliable concering refund. In the website they ensure to give back money for duty tax and vat. My experience until now is very negative as I paied 24 euros and they retorned only 15 dollars giving strange and weak reasons why. I asked explications and never answered. I also asked explication to the courier concerning their reasons and they explained that the cost is done by duty plus tax plus vat and all this should be reimbursed. When I buy out of european countries I always received full refund. Of course it is not for the amount missing but is a questions of respect of the customer. They disappeared since around 2 weeks
