I selected this company to place my order, believing it to be a Canadian business based in Newmarket, Ontario. I was pleased to support a local neighbor. However, I discovered that the items I purchased are manufactured in China and shipped not from Ontario, just a short distance away, but directly from Mainland China. I contacted the company three times inquiring about the shipping origin, but they failed to provide that information. Using a tracking app, I found out that my order would indeed be coming from Mainland China. I regret not choosing my initial option from an American site where similar products are made domestically. Overall, I am quite disappointed.
