The purchasing portion of the transaction with Viva Containers was smooth, but the delivery process was not. We were told we would receive the shipping container on a Friday, then received a call that there was some forklift issues at the loading docks and should receive a call back same day with status. I never received a call back and the following Monday I had to email Viva Containers to track down what happened. It is disappointing because we were expecting the shipping container on a Friday and did not receive it the following Tuesday.In the future we will try Viva Containers again when we need to purchase shipping containers, but hope for much better communication with the delivery portion of the transaction.
