If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered two pairs and never received them. I reached out to customer service, and they offered to resend the items or provide a full refund. I opted for the products, but was later told they couldn't fulfill the order due to sizing issues, so I requested a full refund. It’s been four months, and I still haven’t received it. I contacted a representative, but they have stopped responding.
