My package didn’t make it to me at first, due to no fault on Vivaia’s part, but they cheerfully sent me a second pair without any hesitation or cost to me. And then they followed up with me via email (a real person, not automated) to make sure I was completely happy. I will be a repeat customer for sure! And oh yes, I just love my new shoes!!
