I joined the Future in Hands during COVID period 2021. I was stuck in my career and want to enhance knowledge to boost my career, I got to know about FIH through internet and first course i joined Advanced Excel Masterclass and it was the best decision of my life.
Vivek Sir teaching style is amazing-he clears every single doubt about excel and makes Excel easy to understand. The practice material provided was top-notch, covering everything from basics to advanced levels.
What I loved FIH is that it's not just about Excel; they cover Data Analytics, Automation, and AI too. Vivek Sir's way of teaching is really impressive, and his helpful nature is just awesome.

Extremely disappointing experience.
* There appears to be a bug in this app (as of January 18, 2026) that causes issues when verifying your email after payment.
* It redirects you to a page asking for substantial fees for monthly, annual, or lifetime access to the course.
* The customer support number provided has a representative who keeps repeating the same script and shows no willingness to address the issue.
* Furthermore, the course details lack an index, making it difficult to find specific sessions like creating dashboards or using pivot tables.
* This forces students to sift through every 'practice file' with a common title, wasting valuable time.
* Each course prompts for email verification again as previously described. In response to the lengthy reply from a representative: * Instead of acknowledging the poor handling by your counselor, you have deflected blame onto my alleged lack of engagement with the orientation program.
* Just a few hours before, I received a message from your team justifying the situation and suggesting I request a refund and change my review—screenshots are available as proof.
* Such a contradictory response—pleading for a review change while failing to address the feedback received.
* Remember, this platform is meant for genuine feedback, and attempts to manipulate that are quite evident.
* It's quite disgraceful to see such inconsistency. In summary: "This feels like a marketing tactic to teach basic skills before pushing students towards higher fees for long-term memberships.
It's crucial for others to understand how email verification leads to that paid membership page, which is not occasional but rather a consistent marketing strategy, masking the true cost of the service.
