Jan 19After further assistance from Victor at VivEurope I am once again revising my rating to 4. I'm confident the agency is aware of their challenges and are taking steps to correct them. Vincent has assured me that my experience is not the norm. After I posted a single star review a rep from VivEurope reached out to apologize and get more info. They also offered to help with an on-going problem. As a result of those discussions I've changed my opinion. I might be willing to give them a second chance but would absolutely confirm in advance my account manager and direct e-mail and phone numbers. Not generic "info@" addresses. Previous PostMy experience with VivEurope started well. But there were glitches accessing their secure portal which fortunately were resolved. I hired them to obtain 2 NIF numbers and open a PT bank account. They failed to provide all of the documents related to the NIF and I only learned about them from a conversation with a colleague.They set up my Bank account at Novobanco using an account manager based in Estoril with poor English language skills. Getting any help with the bank from VivEurope was impossible & my account manager insisted her work was done & I needed to work directly with the bank.I wasted $1,000 because they promised very hands on support. I brought this up with the sales rep that I initially spoke with. She acknowledged the situation wasn't handled properly but was unable to intervene. I'm glad I did not pay them for their comprehensive Visa service.Avoid this firm and use someone else.
