Ok. I was really nervous about this company as I read the reviews online after I placed my order.My experience wasn't as bad I expected.The shipping time is extremely slow. I lost track of how much time it took to receive my items, months I think. However customer service was prompt with their email replies and asked me politely to wait patiently as the order was on its way, but I would have to be very patient. Fine. Thank you VivichOfficial customer service.When I finally received my order (was two shipments), I was pleasantly surprised. All the items look exactly like in the vivichofficial online website pictures, yay! The sizing is spot on. Use your measurements and their sizing chart for each dress. The fitted dresses and jumpsuit are a perfect fit. LOVE the black jumpsuit with polkadot sheer sleeves, and the casual black cotton dress, and soft pink abaya dress colour is beautiful.The quality of the dresses is definitely 'Made in China' quality, which is fine. We love China right? However if you are expecting a lux feel, you'll be dissappointed.Also, factoring in the quality of the items, the cost is too much. I felt I paid too much for each item, is probably worth half of what I paid. Would I order from them again? Maybe, because they have really great colours/ designs in my opinion. But I would keep lower expectations so not to get dissappointed.Overall 3.5 stars.
