Vivich Official is a terrible company with the worst customer service. I live in the United States and I ordered a dress from them on March 23, 2025. On March 28, I received my tracking number showing that the order was shipping from Hong Kong. Here we are on May 11, and the package is STILL “in transit.” It has been in transit for 44 days (1 month and 13 days). Since I have yet to receive the package, and it’s been longer than the company’s website stated delivery time, I requested a full refund. They offered me a 30% refund instead for an item that I NEVER received. Vivich refuses to give me a full refund. Do not trust this company. Update- I finally received the product. However, seller refuses to pay shipping cost of the return and it wasn't worth it for me to pay the high cost to ship back to China. Seller offered me a partial refund.Overall, this company is unprofessional and their shipping timeline does not match what's expressed on their website. I would avoid buying from VivichOfficial.
