Terrible experience with Vivid Resourcing. In general, they always try to gather information from you without having a serious offer to present. They also stopped giving any feedback from the client.But this is only a small glimpse of what happened to me. I had a meeting scheduled with a client for a new project. The day before, R.B.D. called me to present "a new offer." I told him that this one was acceptable, but for the second one, I already had a meeting scheduled with them the next day. I explicitly told him not to contact the client about this opportunity because my CV had already been sent, and the meeting was confirmed.On the day of the meeting, everything was going well. At the end, the project manager asked if I knew R.B.D. from Vivid Resourcing, with a suspicious look. He literally closed the meeting right after hearing my answer, without any further discussion. At that moment, I realized that my information had been shared without my consent.While I could take action, I don't want to go down that path. Rest assured, I won’t forget R.B.D. I know that some directors tried to contact me to understand what happened, but in my current team, there are already several other people who've had similar issues.This experience isn’t an isolated case. I believe I’m just one of many victims, and I’ll continue to share my experience with developers and consultants so they are aware of this.
