This is my first time buying from this site, and I have to say that their customer service has been impeccable, and that goes a long way with me. I ordered a 16" sew in, but was notified immediately by customer service that unfortunately they were out of that length and offered to upgrade me to the 18" at no additional cost. I understand these things happen, but I am more than appreciative when a business offers a solution right after presenting the issue. I look forward to receiving my extensions in the next few days, and plan to provide a follow-up review of the hair.
