I agree with the other reviews about unacceptable stock levels and also about them using the excuse -"We are a small buisness".In summary Vivien Wilson and her team would benefit from qaulity checking items prior to sending (especially Internationally),being accountable and not responding -"I am sorry you were not happy with your order" (BTW,I dont know anyone who would be happy to receive a top with a hole in it!),just own it and say sorry.Then Vivien went on to say _"We are a small buisness"(a well used line) and- "these things happen",(actually these things are entirely avoidable had a basic check been done) and it caused much inconvenience.When Vivien says "small buisness",she means,I dont employ enough people to meet demands or efficiency,but Im a big enough buisness to sell to the world! I would respect them more if they handled this professionally,everyone makes mistakes,but dont deflect.Then they failed to communicate regarding the replacement (no news of it been sent,no tracking heads up).I had to chase at every stage.They just seem to lack very basic service skills and just come across as if they think they are above the customers.I would never buy again,Vivien Wilson aint no Bettie Paige and never will be!Buy elsewhere.
