viviscal worked best with a hair growth routine combined with other methods like taoist soap, and scalp massage and washing your hair with hypoallergenic shampoo (ones that doesn't irritate the scalp) as hair that is already thinning, will overreact and get damaged even faster when normal shampoos are used. the korean cosmetic industry already knows this and advertise their skin and hair products as fragrance free, in their local language. viviscal is a decent brand has been around for years. only thing additional i would say, is they should allow cancellation of subscriptions a little easier, as i needed to cancel it temporarily and i wasn't able to do it. the product itself is easy to use, and does work, but i don't think average person will get results if they don't actually care about their hair. i mean, if you just take a supplement, and then go out and eat junk food, you are taking 1 step forward, 2 steps backward.also adding collagen in your diet is essential to help support better hair growth. i wish viviscal and hair growth companies actually said this on their websites, it would help so many people.
