I went for hair cut at Upper Hutt Vivo. Firstly they refused me the color I wanted because as per the stylist what I booked is the full color and not what I wanted and my appointment is only for 30 mins and what I wanted was going to take more than that , which was really confusing as I booked the same way I booked last time. Such a waste of time. It’s better she didn’t color my hair as the hair cut is extremely bad. I told her to to take some length off and toDo some layers for volume. She didn’t even washed my hair, straightened them and chopped my waist length hair to straight shoulder length. Now my hair are way too short and no proper cut just bad bad cut with no structure at all.
