The staff were polite, but the overall experience was disappointing. I tried calling several times on different days to reschedule, but no one answered. Only after I said I would leave negative feedback did someone finally call me back.The website didn’t work for rescheduling either. On the day of treatment, I arrived at 1:00 PM and waited, but the machine wasn’t working until 1:25 PM. Then I was told the session was over at 1:40 — even though it was supposed to last over 30 minutes. It felt rushed and unprofessional.Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this clinic.Sheffield
