My health changed and i was unable to finish the treatments that I'd paid for. But they created the most beautiful gift card so I could pass on the remaining credit to my mum. There was a little bit of miscommunication but I was called by a senior manager who went above and beyond to rectify the issue. It was lovely to experience that compassionate level of customer service. I know my mum will be well looked after, and I'm looking forward to returning to vivo once my health has improved.
