Strongly advise not to use VIVO Clinic based on my experience. I ordered a Day 2 Antigen test on 25-Oct-21 (Thu) which was guaranteed to arrive by the Monday. Nothing arrived. I chased via website messaging service and phone but received no response and could not get through on the phone lines, despite calling at various times of day (they recommend late at night). Eventually I was able to speak to someone in late December. They confirmed payment would be returned and it never was. I haven't been able to speak to them since; the phone line never answers.
