Booked test for 25th Dec - hard day to find. Then days later, they emailed me at midnight saying the clinic will in fact be closed not he 25th. Total nightmare as so hard to get an appointment for that time of year. Needless to say I was unable to find another appointment for that day. They have not answered my attempts to call - I even waited up to 35 minutes. Days later they haven't responded to my email requesting a refund. Is this actually a company run by people at all?I cannot imagine if I needed to get in touch with them urgently at an airport what that experience would have been like with such waiting times. I'd advise booking with an airport / train station directly - they answer their phones in seconds.
