Difficult to use all of the product

The included pipette is inadequate for extracting all of the product due to its size. When I reached out for help, I was told to transfer the product into a glass dish myself. I don't believe I should have to do that after purchasing a product with a pipette. I suggested that this should have been considered during the development phase, and proposed labeling it or using a rubber pipette instead. I only received a generic apology in response.
